"I've been with State Farm for a few years now. Alex is truly a professional (and a nice guy too). I recently mistakenly made a double monthly premium payment. Both Terri and Ashley took immediate proactive steps to get a refund placed back into my account. (It took only 3 days. How's that for speed, in this day and age??!!??) My thanks to the staff at State Farm. The ladies contacted me every single day until I confirmed receipt of the refund. Good folks, those!
